Two sides to every baby?

Skater Dylan!!

Dylan has been begging us for months to go to the skate park here on the island. WE have always found an excuse not to go!! :) But we stopped by for a quick play last night and he loved it. It wasn't very "KID FRIENDLY" , but he did pretty well considering he didn't have skate shoes on or knee and elbow pads. We will have to take him back when he feels a bit more secure with his "ARMOR" on!! These are a few pics... Dylan says the park was "TOTALLY SICK!!!!" He is so funny.

1st one asleep..

Yes- I know that Dylan will probably hate me later for posting this on the blog, but I had to do it. Ellie had a Friend sleepover and they waited for Dylan to fall asleep. When he did they went into his room and gave him a makeover. When I realized what they had done I had to take a picture.. So Dylan, please wait for the girls to fall asleep first so you can make them over...

Back to School-------

So school started on July 28th here in Hanalei. I can't believe that summer break is over for us. My Dylan started kindergarten this year. I can't believe how fast they grow. Ellie is in 3rd grade. Where does the time go? Ellie's Teacher is Mrs. Anakalea and she loves her...! Dylan's teacher is Mrs. Kiaha. Ellie had her also and really enjoyed her class. WE hope Dylan is as enthusiastic as she about kindergarten. He didn't want me to walk him to class, but I insisted. HE is so independent now, what am I to do?? I am home alone with the Baby, Carson. It is really nice, but different. I am sure I will adjust faster than I thought. Oh who am I kidding? .......
